Street food is very common in the Philippines and is part of the Filipino culture. Filipinos love eating street food and you can find them in almost every round in the country.
Illustrated by Ms. Kora Dandan Albano, we featured our most loved street food such as the such as the FISHBALL - made form fish paste, which is typically mixed with flour, seasoning, and sometimes other ingredients to form a dough-like consistency, SAGO AT GULAMAN - a local beverage made of brown sugar, water, gelatin and tapioca pearls. TAHO - a snack made of soft tofu, sweet flavoring and tapioca pearls and SORBETES or Filipino ice cream which uses coconut milk or carabao milk.
