REMINDER: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days for orders within Metro Manila and 10 calendar days for orders outside Metro Manila. To facilitate the process, customers must provide an order confirmation and a video recording upon receiving the items, clearly showing the product’s condition. Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable goods, digital items, or customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Processing will be completed within 3-5 business days upon approval.
