FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  1. How long will it take before I receive my orders?

For Metro Manila orders, we ship via Lalamove or Grab every Friday, you will receive it anytime during that day.  For provincial orders, we ship to the chosen courier every Friday but we cannot guarantee on when the courier can deliver the items to you. However, we will update you constantly on the status of your orders via email.

  1. How do I order?

You may order via our website www.casajuan.ph or via our IG account.  For IG orders, send us a message and we will send you our order form.  An order is only confirmed once payment has been made.  All orders are final and Non – cancellable as soon as they are placed.

  1. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee may vary depending on the area and weight of the order. 
For provincial orders, we will wait for the courier to calculate shipping fee based on weight of the products. We will inform you ASAP the shipping cost once we get it. We will send you the total bill including shipping fee.

  1. How do I pay?

We accept payments via PayPal (for credit card and PayPal accounts), and bank deposit or online transfer payments via BDO, BPI, and GCASH QR.

To confirm your order, for Shopify and IG orders, please send via email casajuanmnl@gmail.com a screenshot of transaction as proof of payment with the following details:

Email subject: Your full name, Order number
(ex. Juan Dela Cruz, Order#123)
Amount paid:
Bank name and branch where payment was deposited
Date and time of payment:
  1. When is your order cut-off and delivery schedule?

    We are currently working on skeletal basis. We ship only every THURSDAY for both Metro Manila and provincial orders. Cut-off for confirmed orders is every TUESDAY, 11AM for a delivery schedule of THURSDAY.

  2. Are you products always on stock? 
Our plates are limited edition because they are our original designs. When a design is sold out, we do not restock anymore.
  1. What should I do if there are missing or broken items when I receive my order?

Rest assured that we pack your orders carefully in our warehouse.  If there are missing items, send us a message on IG and we will replace it. For broken items, kindly send us a photo and we will replace as well.

  1. What should I do if there are damaged items?

We do 100% quality check of all our products. However, natural markings such as small blemishes or minor scratches may be possible in a few items. This is mainly because our items are handmade by artisans and these minor defects are natural characteristics of the products.
